Dr. Ken StephensChief SOPA Developer. 40 years developing
behavioral software and heading software organizations, such as BehavHeuristics and Applied Behavior Systems.
Many years as a member of the Software Psychology Society, the Human Factors Society,
and SIG CHI of the Association for Computing Machinery have given him a valuable perspective
on the user interface. His Ph.D. is in Applied Behavior Analysis,
which is the science behind behavior-based safety. He is also a certified ColdFusion developer.
Paul PaivaDatabase Architect. President of the
Boulder SQL Server Users' Group. Paul is responsible for maintaining and developing the SOPA
database, including writing and maintaining database "procs" for increased reliability and security.
Paul also designs and maintains SOPA's server architecture.
Sandra GarciaManager, Quality Control and Configuration
Management. Sandra tests the SOPA software as it is modified, and diagnoses many
defects before they are committed to the code repository. An expert at the Subversion version control
system, she is responsible for testing and then deploying SOPA in the variety of configurations
and requirements of our diverse customer base.
Because of her close knowledge of SOPA, Sandra also fields many of the customer support issues.
